Time to prep and pack your order varies. Transit times vary by the distance from my location to yours and can be delayed by weather and holidays. I can expedite shipping for an additional cost but delivery is only guaranteed if you request FedEx Express.
International shoppers are welcome and most International orders are sent via USPS first class or priority service.

Insurance is included in the shipping cost for most orders going to addresses within the USA.
Many items require inner packing materials for safety en route, and most will include insurance and tracking.
I combine shipping whenever practical; exceptions include furniture, large art, large mirrors, and some fragile items which will be noted in each listing.
I have shipped items to over 50 countries worldwide. Most items can be sent Internationally and shipping costs for overseas shoppers are available by choosing the 'Everywhere Else' option at checkout.
International shoppers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Per US law all International orders will include a custom form marked as containing merchandise not gifts.

All orders are shipped with protective outer and inner packaging materials. I recycle clean used packing materials whenever possible. Please recycle whenever possible on your end.

All sales are final, I do not accept returns. Refunds are only given on orders damaged in transit within an insured package. All claims of damaged goods must be verified with clear photographs of both the item(s) and the packaging materials.
Most of the items sold in this shop are vintage, have lived a former life, sometimes with multiple owners, and as such are presented AS FOUND and AS IS. I perform basic functionality testing and basic cleaning on all items but do not provide repair advice post sale.

If your order is damaged in transit please contact me within 3 business days with clear photos of both the damaged item(s) and the original packaging so I may file a claim with the carrier.
All electronics sold in this shop (AC or DC operation) are given basic functionality testing before listing, are sold as-found and all sales are final.
