Condition: Vintage - All pages are intact, clean and secure in the spine. The original dated Advance Copy card is included with this book. All pages suffered mild water damage along the bottom edge which made them stick together. I have carefully separated each page but there are a few small spots of scuffing that could not be avoided; please view all of the photos prior to purchasing this item.
